Questions about your café website

Can I take orders without Zomato or Swiggy?

Yes, for pickup or your own delivery. Customers order from your site’s storefront and pay you directly through Razorpay. Many cafés keep their delivery app listings too and link to them from the menu.

What if an item runs out?

Items you sell through the storefront have stock in the admin, so a sold-out bake can’t be ordered. For the menu page itself, tell the chat what changed and publish.

Can people book a seat at an event?

Yes. Each event or workshop is a bookable slot, free or paid, with as many places as you set; once it’s full, it can’t be booked. People get a confirmation and a reminder, and can cancel from their booking link.

Does the WhatsApp assistant reply from my personal number?

No. It works with a WhatsApp Business number on Meta’s platform, which the setup walks you through. You can read every conversation in the unified inbox and take one over at any time.

How fast can I get the café online?
