What a clinic website has to do
A clinic website is a front desk that never closes. Patients look up the doctor, check the timings and the address, and more and more of them expect to book without calling. When they do call, it’s often to ask something the website could have answered. Older patients still want a number they can tap, and everyone wants to know what a visit will involve.
Blaubok builds pages for your doctors, services and location from your description, and wires in the engine’s bookings. Each doctor has their own weekly hours, breaks and holidays; patients pick a service, a doctor and a free slot, and get a confirmation. A reminder goes out by email and WhatsApp the day before, missed appointments are flagged, and patients can reschedule or cancel from their booking link instead of ringing the front desk. A consultation fee or deposit can be taken through Razorpay when they book.
Enquiries go into a CRM so nobody is forgotten, and a WhatsApp assistant can answer questions about timings and directions. Patient details stay in your own Supabase database, with row-level security on the tables the engine creates. Keep clinical records in your practice software; the website handles finding you and booking.

Questions about your clinic website
Can each doctor have their own timings?
Yes. Each doctor, and each room if you book rooms, has weekly hours, breaks, buffers between appointments and holidays. Patients only see slots that are actually free.
Can patients pay the consultation fee online?
Yes, through your own Razorpay account by UPI, card or netbanking, either the full fee or a deposit. You can also leave payment for the clinic.
Do reminders really go out on WhatsApp?
Yes, once you connect a WhatsApp Business number. Reminders go out the day before by email and WhatsApp, and appointments nobody turned up for are flagged so your team can follow up.
Is patient data safe?
Booking details are stored in your own Supabase database, not ours, with row-level security on the tables the engine creates and staff access limited by role. Use the site for bookings and enquiries, keep medical records in your clinical software, and check what the privacy law that applies to you requires.
How long does it take to set up?
Describing the clinic takes a few minutes in chat, and the site is live about five minutes after you click Build. Adding each doctor’s hours and your services in the admin is the part worth taking care over.
What does a clinic website cost?
